Water-thinnable, acrylic primer based on a polymer dispersion with added modifiers; for priming highly absorbent mineral substrates. It penetrates deeply and strengthens the substrate, it provides an even distribution of absorbing power, and improves the adhesion of finish coats. For internal and exterior use. Thin the primer with water using a 1:1 weight ratio before use. Use a 1:2-3 ratio for priming drywalls.
For the initial priming of surfaces with good absorption such as: gas concrete, concrete, natural stone, lime plaster, cement plaster, gypsum plaster and plaster board. FIXGRUNT U should be applied before painting with acrylic paints (AKRYL W), emulsion paints, and also before fixing wallpaper and tiles. It may also be used for painting wallpapers and cork in order to achieve improved washability.
